HOW TO BECOME A PROFESSIONAL MANIFESTER

Creating your desired reality is really simple. It’s a straight path filled with obstacles.

Those obstacles take on many forms and the majority don’t even know that those obstacles are even obstacles that need to be overcome or, don’t have what it takes to overcome them

If you knew what these obstacles were and how to overcome them, everything would change.

I’ve summarized these obstacles into 4 principles. Let’s remove them..

DON’T LISTEN TO ANYBODY

“DON’T LISTEN TO ANYBODY” best advice i received from one of my mentors.

At first, it sounds ignorant. But here’s what it means…

If you don’t consciously choose your energy, the world will do it for you.

We all have dreams. We all want to change our reality, to step into a life that reflects our deepest desires. Yet, why do so few actually make it happen?

The answer often comes down to just one thing. If you can avoid this one thing, you won’t be asking if you can create your desired reality—you’ll be asking when.

And here it is: Without realizing it, most people let the world convince them otherwise.

The individual with the strongest energy holds the power to bend reality to their will—people included. It's like a modern-day survival of the fittest, but in the realm of energy.

Here’s the truth: Your energy is challenged every single day. And your ability to stay aligned with your desired reality—emotionally, mentally, and physically—is the foundation of manifestation.

But most people fail because their energy is overpowered by external forces—people and environments.

There are 8 billion people on earth. When your consciousness rises, so does your energy. This alters the way you think, act, and react, placing you in a different world—one where your vision of your desired life feels natural.

But the people around you? They stay in their old world. And as you elevate, their energy will be misaligned with yours and try to pull you back down. They don’t do this maliciously; it’s just where they are energy-wise. They might mock your vision, plant seeds of doubt, or tell you why it won’t work. I remember telling an old friend of mine that by summer of 2026 I wanted to make £500,000. I remember his words precisely “i can’t lie to you, that’s very unlikely”. At the time, I took that personally. But now I understand that it was past the limits of his consciousness.

Live in Your Own World, Not Theirs.
Stop letting the world dictate your energy. Instead of reacting to external influences, create your own bubble. Align with your desired reality, and filter out anything that doesn’t match it. The people that align with your vision will naturally stay and new people will come along.

EMBRACE CHAOS

Without sounding “woo-woo”, the universe will always test you.

Physics: For every force (action), there is an equal and opposite reaction. When you strive to elevate—positivity, growth, change—you will inevitably face “a pullback” test from the universe”

That “pullback” is the remnants of your past—the trauma, the struggles, the old habits, the old story you kept telling yourself, the old version of you. This is the energy you’ve lived with for the majority of your life.

This "pullback" from the universe is meant to get a reaction from you. But here’s the catch: Reacting to “the pullback” only reinforces the old version of yourself and keeps you stuck.

When you react, you give your power away to external circumstances, which throws off your internal balance. When your internal world is out of balance, so is your external world. And this imbalance is why your desired life always seems to be so distant.

Respond, Don’t React.
There’s a big difference. Reacting to life is letting external circumstances sway you. Responding is the act of staying centered and reframing any challenge or frustration through the lens of your future self—your desired reality.

Ask yourself: How would the version of me, living my dream life, handle this situation?
Is what I'm doing right now, getting me closer to or further away from my goal?

Every time you respond rather than react, you reinforce the energy of your desired reality. Over time, your energy matches that of your desired reality.

Examples of this chaos:

  • A chainsmokers is trying to quit and stress triggers them to want a cigarette.

  • You’re tempted to go back and hang around those people, when you know what happens if you do - the old habits, old ways of thinking, old version of you that doesn’t align with your desired life/self

  • You’re tempted to eat that slice of cake when no one is watching

  • Your close friends are going out but you know you need to make a sacrifice and work on your business

WANT VS DESIRE

All our endeavours are in pursuit of a certain emotion. The reason why you want anything in life is because it will give you some emotions that you’re currently not experiencing.

From something as small as eating a slice of cake to getting married to the love of your life or buying a mansion or earning a certain amount of money - you just want the emotions that you’ll experience when you get it. Whether that’s the feeling of pride, accomplishment, love or security.

Once you truly understand this, detachment becomes effortless—because it’s no longer about obtaining the thing itself, but about embodying the emotions of your desired reality in the present moment.

The key with emotions? You can activate them right now.

If you catch yourself placing excessive importance on something, it’s simply a sign that you’re not yet feeling the emotions you’d naturally experience if you already had it.

Practices like visualising help bring those emotions to the present.

Mel Robbins, has a powerful visualising exercise which I use every morning called the Dream Life exercise.

Imagine that you wake one day 10 years into the future in 2035 - who’s laying next to you in bed - look down at the floors, what do they look like - what do the windows look like - what view do you see - are you in that lake house or mountain house or apartment - you walk into the bathroom, you see the best version of yourself in the mirror - you’re in shape, you’re smiling, you’re telling yourself “goddam i look good” - jump in the shower - you go to the closet, what’s in the closet - is it a hoodie, a wifebeater, Louis Vitton, flip flops, a dress, what do you see - you go to the living room, you look left and right and see picture frames hanging on the wall - who’s in those pictures, is it your family, your friends, pictures of you and your partner traveling the world, wedding photos - you go to the kitchen, how does that first cup of coffee taste and smell like - you step outside, that first breath of fresh air, what does it smell like.

Come back. How do you feel? What emotions are you feeling right now?

If what you’re trying to accomplish is not bringing you deep enough emotions - it’s just a want. A desire is something that spurs your emotions and urges you to act. Now, your actions will align with that of the person who has the desired life.

And manifestation is a by-product of your daily actions and the person that you are.

FUCK THE HOW

How is it going to manifest?

Will it happen like this? Or that way?

This is probably what you’re thinking when it comes to manifesting. And I don't blame you. It’s the natural way your brain reacts. It always wants an answer. (the left side of your brain which tries to rationalise and make everything logical)

Your brain processes around 11 million bits of data/information per second. The conscious mind can only process about 40-50 bits per second - that’s a big difference.

Like trying to squeeze the universe into a snow globe. This is what happens when you think about the “how”. There are infinite ways that your desired life can unfold but the human mind is finite.

What matters is, “what can I do right now, to align my actions with the person who already has my desired life?”

This question urges you to act. Action builds momentum. Momentum builds clarity. Clarity builds conviction. And conviction creates reality.
